Derby City Sisters Exequatur Weekend, Sept. 14-17

LOUISVILLE — Derby City Sisters are pleased to invite everyone to the Derby City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence Exequatur Weekend. Celebrate the full profession of our house and enjoy the amenities of Louisville, Kentucky!

Exequatur Weekend coincides with the Louisville Pride Festival being held on Saturday, September 16th. As such, that Saturday will be a very busy day!

The best place to park if you are driving to the Festival is Mid City Mall on Bardstown Rd, 1250 Bardstown Rd, Louisville KY 40204. You can then walk a block to the festival.

There will be a variety of entertainment, community booths, and vendors available throughout the day. There will be at least 5 Derby City Sisters on site at the Festival at all times for you to meet up with as you arrive.

There is an enormous variety of lunch / dinner options on Bardstown Rd. Some options include: 6+ pizzerias, three local mexican restaurants, sushi, american fare, asian, vegan, vegetarian, and numerous chain restaurants (Qdoba, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Raising Cane’s, McDonald’s, Wendy’s etc) and more, all within walking distance or within the festival site.

TRAVEL INFO:

If you are travelling by car Louisville, KY is accessible from the North and South via Interstate 65 and from the East and West via Interstate 64.

Please note: The bridges to Louisville from Indiana at the Ohio River on Interstate 65 are toll bridges. You do not have to stop and pay a toll, but a bill for the tolls will be mailed to the address associated with your license plate. The toll is $4 per trip. If you have an E-ZPass Transponder (used in 16 states) the toll is $2 per crossing. There is no toll to cross via Interstate 64 or the 2nd Street / US31 bridge.

Louisville International Airport (SDF) is the most convenient airport to fly into. Taxis, Uber, Lyft, and Public Transit all service the terminals directly. SDF is a ten minute drive from downtown Louisville.
