Shameless Grounds looking for break-in suspects

ST. LOUIS — Shameless Grounds, a kink-friendly coffeehouse in St. Louis, was the victim of a break-in on Dec. 28.

In a post on their Facebook page, Shameless Grounds said two thieves broke into the business after closing on Dec. 28. The thieves stole the 100 pound safe that held $1,300 in drawer money, cash reserves, a bit of payroll, and employees tips. The safe itself was worth $400.

However, the security camera did get footage of the two thieves. The business is asking the community for help in identifying the suspects.

Anti-LGBTQ bills filed with Missouri state assembly

ST. LOUIS — Four anti-LGBTQ bills have been prefiled with the Missouri legislature, PROMO reported on Wednesday. PROMO is the Missouri’s statewide LGBTQ rights organization.
